Personalized Ways to Train

Choose the level of support that fits your life — or let me help you decide.

​Private Personal Training

One-on-one coaching fully tailored to your goals, pace, and needs. This option offers focused attention, flexibility, and a supportive space to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Train alongside other women in a small, supportive environment while still receiving individualized coaching. This option blends accountability, community, and personal guidance.

Flexible & Virtual Options

For those who need more flexibility, Rising Fitness also offers:

  • Customized workout programming to complete on your own

  • Virtual one-on-one personal training

  • Hybrid options that combine coached sessions with independent workouts

All options are available 1–3 times per week, with in-person and virtual availability.

Why Pricing Isn’t Listed Online

Every woman who trains here has different goals, schedules, experience levels, and needs. Because of that, pricing is personalized based on the training structure that will support you best — not a generic package. The first step is a conversation.
